I just had my 6-month checkup, and as usual, I am most favorably impressed with my dentist! Everyone in the office is top-notch professional and kind, from the receptionist to Dr. Cho. At the last checkup, I got good feedback as to how I was flossing. I made the adjustment, and it resulted in a much smoother cleaning and healthier teeth. A dentist who cares about their patients’ preventative care is special - it’s obvious that Dr. Cho and his hygienist are not interested in more money made from fixing bad teeth. Their patients’ health comes first, and I also trust that if I need dental care, it will be excellent. And speaking of hygienists, Nancy is very adept at her job and so pleasant and polite, a real gem! Dr. Cho is very proficient and thorough in the oral exam and makes one feel comfortable in the chair. Both are very clear in their verbal instructions as they perform their duties. I went in for a cleaning. Ended up asking for a mouth guard because I clench my teeth. We agreed on a tray for my bottom teeth. When I showed up to have it fitted, I was told "The doctor decided the top would be better." If I didn't have veneers on my top teeth, that would be fine. However, no one took that into consideration or even asked me before doing something different. The guard was too tight so it made me nervous every time I removed it from my veneers. It was so thick that I couldn't keep my lips together and I couldn't not drool.

The first time I had a cleaning, I mentioned I had a spot that would catch the floss. Instead of offering to just sand down that piece a bit, the doctor says, "just be careful with it." To me, that's someone that doesn't care. Or listen at all to what the patient wants.

My first visit to Dr. Cho’s office was on 8/11/22. I’m glad to say it was my best dental experience to date. From the time I arrived to the time I left things moved quickly and efficiently. I also felt very welcomed as well. The depth of detail Dr. Cho and his team go through in bringing in new customers is extraordinary, demonstrating the care they have for their customers. I also appreciate honest feedback, both the positive and the negative. I find it extremely helpful to have specific constructive criticism for bettering my oral hygiene habits. All this coming from someone who in the past has despised my two dentist appointments a year, dreading them rather. I will look forward to my next appointment...
