It’s true, very quick absorbing gummies. However, these killed my stomach. I took the recommended serving size of the mocca shot caffeine gummies in place of my morning coffee with some eggs. This was around 9am. Within 5 minutes I had extreme stomach pain. I do not have a sensitive stomach and I’m a huge coffee addict (I drink 3 cups a day) so I was surprised with the reaction it gave me. I also had jittery side effects which I NEVER get. Lastly, I was unable to sleep at night. I did not drink my usual coffee after consuming these gummies as I did not want to make the reaction worse.
