Tolu Modern Fijian Cuisine is an absolute must try! My favorite is their take on the taco with their chicken curry! I tried them down at Point Ruston Market. Each week they have different menu items, all are delicious. If you like flavor you have to try Tolu, and if they have their island punch... get it. A great tropical refreshment, perfect for a hot day! You simply cannot go wrong with anything from Tolu! I cannot wait for this family owned business to get a permanent restaurant space! Check them out today and every day after, because you will be hooked on flavor!

Found this truck at the Fremont Sunday Market. Had the Smoked roasted pork fries! These fries are amazing! Creating that perfect bite with a peice of meat that is charred to perfection with a little bit of fat on it and a couple of fries with the bbq sauce and white sauce is delicious with a kick of spice! Making each bite just as good as the first bite I had! Find them at Fremont Sunday Market a long with other vendors from vintage clothing to makers! What a great overall experience!

Wow! What an amazing culinary experience. I wasn't sure what Fijian cuisine was, but decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. I had the waygu beef curry tacos. Portion size was perfect, flavors hit all the right spots and chased it down with the island punch. Got a taste of the ceviche and it was spot on.
