I come here frequently to grab several drinks for me and my coworkers. Today I came in and ordered 6 drinks. When I went to get my drinks from the counter, there were only five. A barista asked me if I needed anything else and I told her I was missing a drink. She told me the order only had five drinks, and I told her I had asked for two of some of the drinks⦠they asked me to go reorder, which I understand, but I decided I didnāt want to wait longer and I would just go without a drink. As I was walking out, I heard the other barista say āwell you shouldāve ordered online then, I just put in what you told meā⦠I understand the defensive in a way because they had misheard me, but I found that really rude. I know would I said and I would appreciate some humility rather than assuming I was in the wrong. This is the second time Iāve had an issue here, which is why Iām writing. I came here last week and my coworker had asked for a cold brew with cold foam on the side. I told the cashier and they said it was possible, then I get to the drinks and thereās no cold foam (which I paid for, itās not like a free extra). I tell them I had ordered cold foam on the side and the barista gives me a small cup of foam with no lid⦠Iām about to drive to work so I would like to limit any spills. My friend orders a drink⦠someone takes it. We tell the barista. The barista says to my friend āwell you were debating on this drink anywayā. My friend says āweāll can I try itā BARISTA rolls her eyes⦠hands her an espresso cup of it⦠giving us attitude the entire time that itās somehow OUR FAULT none of your staff call out names for beverages⦠or care to practice good business practices like making sure ur customers receive their orders.. but Iām not writing this review over the misplaced 10$ from my account.. Iām writing this review because of the barista that turned around and said TO THE MANAGER āwell the names are on the cupsā I HEAR YOU I AM NOT DEAF. Also, implying the people who give you ur paycheck are STUPID is not a good look. Develop some professionalism⦠the blonde girl with the color in her hair⦠needs to be removed from staff⦠you have one job.
