ordered Japanese Pan Noodles with marinated steak (caramelized udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce, broccoli, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, Asian sprouts, black sesame and cilantro) a small portion turned out to be a small portion (usually for me a small portion is just a manageable portion and not really small) sprouts were too cold - good if you eat them on their own but you want them at room temperature on your noodles steak was OK udon was so-so, may be because it was not hot (as in temperature) enough sesame seeds were decoration only - no taste at all the dish was marked as spicy but it wasn't actually. not bland though. a little helping of Sriracha went a long way back to no. 6 - they have bottles of Sriracha sauce at your disposal - nice... interior is a cross between Five Guys and Chipotle liked their chopsticks soda machine is a cool futuristic device. I don't drink soda but you get your water from the same machine - feels ike doing something fun while waiting for your order

Been here a few times, mostly on my lunch breaks. The service is always fast and the food quality is pretty good. Portions are decent for the price. I wouldn't say I love the food, but they get 5 stars because of their fantastic customer service. My Father and I went here one day. He cannot eat seeds. He's looking through the menu, finds something that sounds good, and orders. When it's brought to us, there are sesame seeds throughout the pasta. The ingredients on the menu actually stated it contained seeds. It was a mistake on our part. I stopped the waitress and explained the situation. She was so kind and sympathetic. She took his bowl and went back to the kitchen to request the same order without seeds. No charge! And, she did it with a smile on her face. I will continue to come back just because of...

Staff was very nice, greeted as I walked in the door. I ordered my meal, and waited patiently. Order was completed in an acceptable period of time. Everybody remained busy so I wasn't concerned about lazy employees. They called my name for my food, I picked it up with no issues. Food was hot and exactly as I expected. Curiously they ask you if you're dining in our taking to go... But no matter what they put your order in a to go bag. I haven't been to noodles (not usually in this area) since covid started so wasn't sure if was just a new thing they were doing. Store was clean and a sign on the table showed the table had just been cleaned per covid standards. No mask was required though many still wore one coming into the store. All...
