UFC Gym Reston — Local services in Reston

I would give it a 5 stars but giving it a 3 stars only because the enrollment process is ridiculous and they stole my $129 didn’t get it back. Tried to get it through my credit card company but didn’t work.

Basically the sign up was a joke I was told verbally to pay for first and last month wasn’t asked to sign anything wasn’t given a receipt wasn’t even asked to sign up with my email for confirmation.

I gave notice 30 prior to my 2nd month end by text and verbally both to RICH LANGLEY and NOAH. they said they will but cancel but lo and behold I get charged for another month. I bring it to their attention by phone or at the gym they kept saying we will look into and get back to you. Never did they ever get back to me after so many times calling them.

I got COVID as I travelled outside the US and asked RICH if that money can be refunded as I am stuck outside and In need and as usual he did little bit care and said we will get back to you

Adding to the long line of folks being charged for months after canceling my membership. I'm an experienced boxer (and a trainer) that moved here from out of state. My partner got my membership as a surprise and all it took was one class to see this gym wasn't near the level I needed, so I canceled in person. They continued to charge me for months and ignored phone calls and emails. Got the bank involved to get it fixed. I read the reviews of this gym continuing to charge customers after they've left the gym; I disregarded them and joined the gym anyways... Lo and behold, here I am having just been charged again 2 weeks after leaving the gym. I even talked to the owner about it as I filled out my departure paperwork to make sure I wouldn't be charged again.
