Took a pendant in to be wrapped in gold for a necklace. I was quoted in between two and three hundred dollars and was told it would take two weeks max to accomplish.

A month after I brought it in I drove 3 hours to check and see if it was done, he hadnt even started on it yet and was very rude. Howdy did however show me how much gold he was going to use (by the way is no where close to the amount he actually used).

Approximately a week after that visit Howdys wife Ginger called to say it was ready. When I arrived at the store to pick the pendant up I noticed the lack of gold compared to what he showed me I asked him about it which he blew off and denied. Then I asked him if he could flex on the $297 dollar charge or give a discount for it taking over a month and a half to accomplish. He insisted he couldnt work with me and that he wasnt making "that much of a profit".

As a business man myself providing services to others I am very appalled at his lack of customer care. If I tell a client I am going to provide a specific service in a specific amount of time I either do it or adhere to the customers wants upon the time of completion in terms of price.

I would not reccomend anyone to deal with this company or its owners they do not understand good business or...

UPDATED REVIEW: I was gifted a Breitling Emergency watch gen 1 for my birthday from my father. Sure, go there if you need a battery changed or a small repair, definitely do not go to them to create an engagement ring. My now husband used them because the 'family' had, with picture in hand and very clear specific requirements, they made the ring, so imagine my surprise when I was presented it, I got the battleship ring they made when I wanted a sailboat!
