I've only been here twice and it's my new go-to pizza place. It's perfect for dinner before a show at The Alamo Draft House Cinema. So far I've had: The Alamo - This is my favorite so far. The chorizo on it is incredible. The owner explained to us that it was more resemblant of the chorizo you get in Mexico City, as opposed to the store bought stuff. It's got an amazing roasted poblano bechamel and fresh cilantro that go together like Siegfreid and Roy - and like the tiger incident, it is a show stopper. The Furnace - If you like buffalo chicken pizza, this one's for you; Similar in execution, but elevated with rosemary and smartly swapping blue cheese for gorgonzola. ***Homer Simpson hungry noises*** The Architect - This is completely true: I will probably order this every time I come here in the future. Its a foodie's supreme pizza, employing awesome marinara and gourmet toppings. When I get pizza, something always feels missing unless I have a red sauce based pizza. The Gizmo - So. Much. YASSSSS! It's a desert calzone filled with candied pecans, cinnamon cream, caramel, and topped with ice cream. When you dig into it, there's gooey threads that pull away like melted mozzerella does... I can only assume this is the pastry, but whatever it is, it's in-frickin-credible. Bring a friend or two; It's massive. (If you're lucky you might get a table side show too! The crust here is on point! I'm not afraid to leave crusts on the plate, but the thin, perfectly cooked (with the characteristic blackening in spots) was not one of these crusts. If you're like us and like to sit at the bar in a restaurant for the conversation with the barkeep, there a couple high tops in front of the kitchen. The owner, Hunter, was working the prep table and we had a great conversation with him as he reflected on IP+B's first year in business. I think next time, I'll order of the hidden menu. Till we meet again, Hunter! :-)

I really enjoy this little pizza joint. Thin crust pizza. Crust is amazingly perfect with a nice crunch and buttery flavor. They have several different options to choose from. We selected their pizza called The Forager and replaced the sausage with pepperoni. It has a truffle sauce on it and it was so deliciously yum. It has a nice little patio area that you can eat at as well and the inside. It is not a big place but is very nice and gives you a cigar bar feeling without the smoke on the inside. Staff was all very nice and I have to compliment how clean it is as well. Very family and kid friendly. It seems they have several alcoholic beverages to choose from too.

Creative thin crust pizza with excellent flavors, modem decor and v good service. Called ahead to get a handicap accessible seat for my aunt and when we arrived they had one ready. Ordered 3 small pizzas and we ate almost all of them. Our favorite was the prohibition because of the lightness and variety of flavors. Spent 5 minutes chatting with one of the owners and she was very friendly and unhurried. Turns out they grew up in the area and are excited to be part of its resurgence. Pro tip: they called it industrial so she could decorate it with a modern industrial vibe 😅 Highly recommended

Best customer service AND amazing food! I pulled up about five minutes before my order was supposed to be done, and I planned on waiting in my car for a few minutes. A very nice gentleman came out and asked for my name, then told me it wasn't quite ready but they'd bring it out. Just a few minutes later a nice younger man brought me the pizza and salad which immediately made my car smell like pizza heaven! I completely forgot to hand him the tip so I turned around to run it inside, and a lovely lady asked if everything was okay and was just so sweet and kind! It's rare to encounter one, much less three smiling, helpful, polite people when picking up take out! The service alone is enough to make me return.

While I didn't dine there, they have a welcoming patio set up outside that I will be back to enjoy soon with one of their local brews.

The pizza is thin crust, baked in a pizza oven with the delicious crispy crust! The salad was perfect, no wilted spinach leaves, freshly made dressing, fresh, soft goat cheese, and crunch pecans.... All signs of FRESH...

Wish I could give more stars as the pizza was delicious but this place is a disaster. I called and ordered two large pizzas and the person taking my order had trouble hearing me but then said he got it. We arrived to pick up the pizzas after 20 minutes and they hadn't started making them. They finally gave us one pizza and we asked where the other one was. Apparently he didn't hear the second order and just thought we wouldn't say anything? They offered to make it but they were closing down for the night so we didnt want to wait. They apologized but when we looked at the pizza it was the second one I had ordered that he claimed he didn't hear over the phone. Super disappointed with the attitude and how they didn't just own up to not making the full order. Also their "large" is more like a medium at other...
