Here is my personal story: I moved to the Dallas area less than 10 days ago from Toronto and had to furnish my new apartment suite from scratch. I came to Moey, the owner of Zoe's, and his assistant, Courtney, after having wasted a lot of my valuable and restricted time with WayFair the hyped up gigantic online store and having ended up being gravely disappointed by their lack of customer service

So into Zoe's I walked, after a short online chat with Courtney while i gave a quick peak at their website. I was quite frustrated, weary, and run-down from my previous terrible customer service experience, not really sure what to expect. I am sure I was one very intimidating stressed-out customer entering their store

I must also note as a senior retail executive with years of experience in client relations management, my expectations are high and I do not accept poor standards of service as a customer, as a matter of principle. I have been known to cancel orders and walk away when I feel my needs are not being met which is what I had exactly done earlier that day with Wayfair, deciding to cut all ties and move on, searching for a better experience shopping for furniture locally. And that is how I ended up at Zoe's in the first place.

Within minutes of my initial interaction upon walking into this unassuming and friendly local shop, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I was receiving without being hurried and yet at the same time helping me keep focused on the process of selection. I observed that both Moey and Courtney were asking all the right pertinent questions, and truly listening to what I was communicating in terms of my needs which were both stylistically and qualitatively concerned with a long list of specifications. And to make things even more challenging, I had a very strict time line for delivery: All furniture was to be delivered and fully installed all at once within the same week!! I myself thought that I was setting them up with too tall an order, and that this would probably not be something that could realistically be accomplished.

And yet lo and behold, a few hours later, just as they were about to close their doors I had made a large purchase of all the pieces that I was looking to find. And all of my furniture that was delivered in the most efficient and courteous manner yesterday evening by a great assembly team.

I am truly impressed and will not hesitate to recommend Zoe's furniture with Moey at the helm of this establishment to anyone! I know you too will be in good hands and greatly looked...

I enjoyed my experience at Zoe’s. They were super kind and helpful. This was the first furniture spot I came to being new to the area! I told them what I was looking for and needed and they were super helpful. They worked some arrangements out and I told time the estimated time frame of when I needed it delivered and they made it happen. My friend recommended me to them

This is just to edit my previous response since they replied because I forgot to add that I spent $600 for a mattress here also that was not foam like I requested and asked for; when I felt the one I wanted it was not the same as I received. Which I communicated w them about and told them. They did not come and switch it out. They told me I have to wait 3-6 weeks for the bed to break in. Which it never did. I waited and still was never memory foam. I got a firm mattress which I hate. I was traveling back n fourth back to my hometown Chicago at the time which I did let them know at that time. But then they gone tell me it’s nothing they can do now; even tho I called right at the 6 weeks and told them the bed never broke in. So I had to stick with a bed I hated and paid $600 for and I never got what I wanted because these ppl told me something and never stuck w their word to come and get it...

Moving is never easy, as it is often emotionally and financially straining and super stressful. I spoke with Moe, the owner, via the website chat, and was reassured that the beset that I liked would be delivered and assembled on site by the time I moved, actually on the day I moved (as per my request). I had actually originally gone with another company before I landed on Zoe's Furniture, however the former company would not have the furniture set in time as they had originally promised me. I am so glad that fell thru because this particular set that I purchased from Moe is stunning (combination of a great price and great value). I also wanted to say in the midst of this all, that while I did purchase an entire bed set from him and tried to do all the planning that I could, I dropped the ball on my end and didn't purchase a box spring and didn't bring one either. So later in the evening, I am panicking, and thinking that I may have to sleep on the floor, but Moe and his team came to the rescue and were able to let me purchase the box spring from Zoe's Furniture and delivered it to me later that very night so I wouldn't have to sleep on the floor. I can't recommend Zoe's...
