I use to rent from here for 2 years the manger was alright at first then the manger one day call me retired and then the manger employees call me and my family retired over the phone after i told the manger that we were in a crisis then the manger said that uns need to go to reirted camp i call the head office about this and they said that the owner will call me and never did.if you want to rent some thing go to rent a center to get some thing at lease that they will fix items and wont give you a hard time about every thing but this location isnt a good place to go plus they will fun of you call you names and call you three austic kids the r word and the owner doesn't care at all if the owner see this i hope he or she will read this and etc.Plus this place doesn't fix any...

Leased a washer and dryer along with a refrigerator about 2 years ago.. no we were not always on time which was totally our fault..but finally we came to our last payment and my husband took it up.. because he didnt agree with how they would harass u if u were 1 day late and call u a thief... so fast forward 2 years.. no mind u ..no more phone calls were made.. and no banging on the door in these past 2 years.. we go up to look at a couch... we r told they cant lease to us because we still owe a payment from 2 years ago... a total lie.. if we owed dont u think we would have gotten a call.... a letter.. ir them coming to take it back....this is why my husband didnt want me going there... this is the second review for Johnstown ny i am writing within a few days due to the fact every day i call and see what time they are coming and each time they tell me a time like yesterday noon to 3 then nothing today i call guy says be there by 1 here it is almost 2:30 and no call and no sectional that was due 3 days ago. I still have nothing and i am not a happy customer..Called to order friday..they say i have to pick up in another store be there tuesday between 10 and 3 nothing call we cant make it we havent picked it up yet be there tomorrow noon to 3 nothing i call oh we havent gotten it yet we cant make it out today. today same thing havent gotten it yet so but they have a used one in the store can bring it by 1 ummmm yea where...
