I don't think you rotate merchandise regularly. I've seen some textiles sitting there since spring the same pieces. I am rather annoyed that you charge 5c a bag. Should that be a big deal, no not really but if it's not then why even charge me for that? But the worst is when your cashiers not so subtly check that a price tag hasn't been changed. I've been in thrift stores seen it done but you need a better system of training if I have to point out that I didn't change a tag since it was obvious your cashier thinks I did.

If I could give negative stars I would. The service is terrible. I bought a vtech game for my kids and paid almost $30. I plugged it in today and it didn't work at all. I tried to take it back and they told me I could only get store credit. I paid cash, so I expect cash when they sold me a broken product. Why wasn't there some indication that they didn't test it? You don't put an untested product for sale as though it works. Jennifer, the manager, really needs to learn how to treat customers. I for one will not be buying anything from there again....

They won’t let you use the restroom because, in the words of the employee, they have to disinfect it after use. I used it anyways, it’s not my fault the company’s changed their rules and the employees don’t want to comply. I also heard from an employee that because the restrooms were closed someone urinated in the dressing room. So unsanitary. Terrible customer service.
