They assisted me with installing a new operating system, professionally mounted a heatsink on my NVME drive, and completely tidied up my cable management — making my setup look better than it ever has!

My six year old iMac was operating in full turtle mode. I usually get more than six years out of them but the way it was acting I thought it might already be time to break the piggy bank and spring for a new one. But I thought I'd give Computiverse a try since I had had so many good experiences with them in the past. Paul began the surgery and told me that my hard drive was on the verge of cardiac arrest. He explained to me that a new solid state replacement was available, that had no moving parts, and that it would provide an upgrade from the original part. So I took my external hard drive with the latest back-up to him and he did the change-out. This thing is now lightning fast! Faster than it has ever been! And I am thrilled with the results! Yesterday I woke up and my laptop that I use for work every day would not power on, although it was receiving power from the charger. My first instinct was to get an appointment with the geek squad at Best Buy (probably because that is the route that is marketed most to us as consumers). That was a mistake. They did nothing to help me and suggested that I just get a new laptop. In my frustration, I was lucky to find Computiverse and know to go straight there for any future tech issues! Not only did they have my laptop back up and running in about three hours, but their drop off service was convenient, their pricing was reasonable, and their staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and customer service oriented.
