I purchased a 14' Gazebo from Fifthroom last year and the experience was great. The salesmen took all the time I needed to go over my options, like going to larger posts given the height I was going, color options, and such.

The deliver process was amazing. The trucking company they used had GPS tracking on it, so I could watch as they drove across the US and see at any time where they were. The drivers were super nice and had an off-loader that put the pallet out of the way.

Once I got around to putting it together, the process went smoothly. The roof was a bit of work but got it done. We ended up having two different colors of shingles (ridge caps did not match the main roofing) but when I called them about it, they resolved the issue quickly. I was truly impressed by the customer service. Amazing!

A year later I reached out to see if I could get the color code for the stain they used, as I had the factory stain it. They got right back to me with the color code and produce used from Sherwin-Williams.

Let me tell you about a challenging experience turned 5 stars. I ordered a pergola from fifthroom and delivery was delayed. I emailed the company and the president called me himself. I explained the importance of timeliness due to a party I had going on at my house for my employees. He personally made sure it was there. Then we had it put up and the color was wrong!! Unfortunately the company they purchased the paint from gave them the wrong color. The only real option was to send a new pergola to the house...1000 miles away. AND THEY DID! They also paid for us to have it painted and reinstalled locally. I have to say the experience up front was less than perfect, but I will absolutely come back to them because I know if things aren't up to their high standards, they will make it right. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I ORDERED A GAZEBO THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 8 WEEKS. AFTER MANY calls, emails and chats, I got my kit after 12 weeks. However, when we started assembly, parts were missing, others didn't fit and the quality of wood used was terrible. I contacted them about missing parts and was told they were out of stock on some parts so they were shipped without the parts. I asked that the missing parts be sent immediately (in March) and that the right size screens be sent. The hinges were missing screws and the metal roof cap was missing. I still do not have the parts ( this is MAY) and I am promised every week that I will have parts shipped soon. These are the WORST PEOPLE to deal with.
