We visited for a friend's birthday and we're very excited to check this place out because it is right around the corner from where most of our group lives. My friend purchased the laser tag birthday package which was $350. I would definitely say that she didn't get her money's worth.

She was supposed to have a private table, which they did not have. The guns looked old and beat up which is strange considering the location just opened. We also had to go up to the counter and ask them to fix them during gameplay. Kind of a killjoy and difficult to keep accurate scoring.

The staff were friendly when talking to us but when we asked why one team had 200 health and another had 100 the guy didn't respond the guy didn't respond and walked away. We also had a younger child in our group that was taking a snack break between games, which was purchased at their vending stand. One of the employees came over came up next to the child and asked if we were ready for our next game when she was very obviously was still eating. She very much seemed to be rushing our group which is pretty absurd when considering the $350 price tag of their birthday package.

As far as the environment, I know that it is probably growing pains of just opening up in post Covid but their ac just wasn't up to par. Made an online reservation before traveling to the Tri Cities area and ended up having to change date/time. I noticed that they are closed Mondays but sent an email asking if they could make these reservation changes, literally the week of travel, and Tim (Owner) responded the same day! We were able to get the reservation changed and had a blast. I recommend doing both the axe/star throwing and laser tag. The staff was friendly, the building was clean including the bathroom and Tim even came to introduce himself to me to make sure we were all setup and there were no issues with our...

Not ideal for a birthday.

We drove from Portland OR to be able to celebrate with family for my son’s birthday. I made online reservations and called to confirm. We came 15min early and found that the group ahead of us was late 45 min. They tried to rush us in but our full group wasn’t there. I paid for 4 games of LazerTag. We waited an hour to play 2 games then they had the late group go again which took another hour. Then it was closing time and they only let us play one game totaling in 3 games.
