Biggest little shop of fun — Local services in Richland

Went in for the Friday the 13th deal today and the lady told me they were getting a little backed up. I asked how long of a wait we were looking at since there were four people ahead of me and it was getting busy. She said she couldn't tell me and that it was hardly busy.. even though she had just said it was getting backed up...? And you really can't tell me a guesstimate? Like "usually it takes 20 min per piercing so about an hour but I can't say for sure". On top of that 2 employees and a couple customers didn't have masks on and there were a total of 11 people in the shop that I saw (3 employees and 8 customers). Did y'all forget we're in a pandemic? the older blonde lady was incredibly rude and gave me the wrong size earring and even said it was my fault after i came back for the right right size. there was a piece of jewelry i wanted and she said it’s too small for my ear and pointed me to the longer ones so i said i’ll take one of those then and gave me the short size. i wasn’t getting pierced there because their reviews are terrible and she was clearly judging me for going to someone else. i came here for the cheap prices but that wasn’t even worth the unwelcoming feeling i received & having to buy 2 separate sets of earrings due to...

NEVER GET PIERCED HERE. I got my lip re-pierced here and the piercer and i agreed to place it in the same spot as my previous one. She proceeded to pierce me and when i looked in the mirror it was WAY LOWER and in a completely different, ridiculous spot. She knew she messed up and offered to take it out pierce it AGAIN with the SAME NEEDLE. After the 2nd time she pierced it the jewelry was too high in the back and rubs on my teeth. And she still charged me. Needless to say i will never give her a 3rd chance. I will go back to Lonn at hoops...
