A cool place and cool concept, however while the workers were very nice, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They said a they didn't have a sugar free syrup option that was on the menu, they didn't specify if it was out of if they just didn't offer it (even though it was marked as something offered on the menu), My drink was missing the puree that was requested. I also did not recieve any of the food that I had ordered and payed for. I do not blame the workers as they seemed nonstop busy, however whoever manages this place needs to do better. The service is SOOOO SLOW…. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in let alone 10 minutes standing there. I actually got glares as if they were annoyed more people walked in. Plan on waiting for a good 15 minutes before you even get 1 pop with syrup flavors…. Even if you pre order. Half the time the order is the wrong size or they forget flavors. Even if it’s not my drinks Thats wrong, it’s another person’s in the building who’s complaining of it being wrong. The wait time is frustrating especially when there’s 4+...

When I’m in Utah I go to FiiZ, so I was excited to see one opened in Tricities! I ordered a 44 oz drink. Waited in the long drive thru line. Pulled up to the window and waited some more. The girl hands me a small size soda. I told her I ordered a 44 oz. She proceeds to say, “no you didn’t. You ordered a 24 oz.” I replied that I always get 44 oz drinks so I’m sure that’s what I ordered. She said I didn’t but she’d remake it. There was a big line behind me so I offered to come in.
