Chimbo Sandwich Shoppe is bright, clean and sunny, with a kind staff, that remembers your name. But, atmosphere aside, the sandwiches are amazing and just what the neighborhood needs to round it out. These are not your average deli sandwiches, but instead, unique offerings of amazing meats, vegetarian and vegan offerings. I first had the Philadelphian, a hot sandwich with house made roasted pork loin, homemade bread, cheese and amazing sauce. It was fabulous. The onion jam on the Tuscan was a highlight because it balanced the rich flavors, and the crispy cheese on the Caesar added a delicious, unique texture. Chicken was crispy but juicy tender. 5/5, 10/10 will definitely be back to try their other sandwiches! (Heads up, the Tuscan is pretty messy so get your bib out). They don’t offer cookies to go with the sandwiches but they had banana pudding and that was great too. Chips are a...
