I have actually experienced the exact opposite of bad customer service @ Jerico.. I've done quite a bit of business there and any time I've ever encountered problems or issues, from fully replacing a pretty expensive mod to responding to my user error inquiries through email (within minutes!) Normally i check going out the door to make sure its correct but i messed up this time by not checking.
