So spectrum sold us on a plan that would take our bill down $150 less from Verizon. They said it would be seamless. It was anything but. I was without service for several hours and the phone number was stuck in limbo between Verizon and Spectrum. We decided to cancel Spectrum service immediately and stay with Verizon who we have had over 20 years. We went to the Verizon store to fix the situation. AMBER is nothing less than a mobile store goddess. They spent hours on the phone dealing with irritated tech bros and angry Spectrum billing clerks. Finally in the second day, Amber solved all the problems. Give her her own store, management! Give her a corporate promotion! She’s a problem solver and could probably figure out the issues in the Middle East if given enough time. Oh and she found about $100 savings anyway so we never needed to switch in the first place....

We had driven to Huber Heights the morning before to be told that Verizon was not allowing their staff to do these services due to Covid. We were handed a sheet and told to text "Coach" to a number and someone would walk us through. I called Verizon support and they told me I had up to 30 days to take it back to a Verizon store. Day 29 I took the phone back to this store in Richmond and the lady that works here tells me Verizon is wrong, I only have 14 days to return it. They said I was stuck with the phone, needless to say, I was pretty disappointed!! Went home and called Verizon support again and they sent me a prepaid return shipping label and apologized for the way this store treated us.
