I walked into Metro tonight anticipating a huge hassle that would take hours of my time and sure I would leave not very happy, based on past experiences with other stores!! BUT... I met BRENDA!! My metro savior! An angel in disguise as a metro representative!! She was amazing! She solved the problems on our account! She hooked me up with a new phone since my 4 year old phone was showing signs of imminent death! Then she noticed I could save money and get better service for Internet for my home! Instead of a silly hotspot box that some things don't connect to, she hooked me up with home Internet with unlimited data! Lastly, what made me sing and dance out the door was the Samsung tablet that I didn't know I had to have but I did!! She was the best, kind, efficient and very knowledgeable! We live out of town but will only come to Brenda's store...
Read moreI went to the store after having a bad experience from a different metro by T-Mobile and I came to the store based on great reviews from Google. Upon arrival I noticed all employees were wearing mask and the store was very clean and up to date with Covid protocols. The employees were very friendly I was greeted right away. The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable she took the time to explain everything to me and helped me pick a plan that works best for me and because of Christmas I noticed they gave customers gift bags instead of the regular bags including myself which I thought was very thoughtful because I’ve never seen any other store do this before. Bought a new phone tried to switch new phone number to new phone instead of them saying they didn't know how to do it she said it was something wrong with the new phone. Took the phone back to Bestbuy they nothing is wrong with the phone. Took the phone back to them could not get a manager or any kind of decent help after 1 1/2, finally left the store went to a corporate store in Emeryville we were in and out in 15 minutes new phone working great. Now MetroPCS has closed a lot of corporate stores so you have to deal with subpar small shops. That's WHY I personally don't deal...
