I have always enjoyed their take out noodle soup. Never had a chance to dine in. A family member recently took me there after the County allowed the restaurant to open up and have limited seating. It was a diaster. There was zero customer service. The waitress took our order with barely a smile. She never offered water and never came back after she brought our food to see if everything was OK. There were only 3 tables that evening a week ago. What the heck? Maybe it was an isolated incident. I went back with 2 friends yesterday afternoon at 5pm. The same thing happened but this time, but the waitress brought water. Same thing. She brought the order and never returned to see if we needed anything else. I asked for the bill and she said I had to pay the cashier in the other room. No sincerity whatsoever and I gave her a good tip. I've had 2 bad experiences in the same week. I will not be returning other than to get take out. Too bad. I don't want to strike out so I'm going to sit out on the indoor dining. The unwelcomed experience has left a bitter taste. The owner didn’t have a mask on.Just left this filthy establishment and was discriminated as well as yelled at by The owner .I’ve been coming here for years and I first they raised the prices my shrimp noodle pho was $11 and change and it comes with mixed veggies,and the topping (sprouts etc).The owner “Loan” ,came out yelling at me when I paid the new fee or $13.99 plus she charged me for the mixed veggies that come with it.I paid for extra veggies and done game me the same portion as normal.I tried explaining that I also paid for vegetarian broth and I always get this.She yelled interrupted me cut me off waved her hands slammed my food ripped the bag open and separated it with her hands.She said she didn’t have time to talk and she wouldn’t stop yelling.The new server was great but Loana needs to go back Home and let her sister run it she would never treat me like that or anyone else.I will never come back here and I drive far wherever I live just for THIS pho! This place was a joy to eat at.

My partner got the vermicelli with beef and egg rolls. The beef was sliced thinly, seared and seasoned really nicely, and the whole dish sang. It was absolutely delicious.

The spring rolls were fresh, fragrant, and wonderful. They were served with the requisite peanut sauce and it was perfect.

This brings me to the pho. I ordered the pho tai chin bo vien, so the rare beef, the broiled beef, and meatballs. I've had difficulty finding pho I enjoyed here, and this was a joy to have. The broth was fragrant and layered with flavors. The meats were rich and succulent. The meatballs were perfectly springy.

I always order the large pho when I have the opportunity. It's a little extra and I love the extra broth. Well, they don't just do extra broth; they do extra everything. And it was intense and wonderful.
