I wish I could give zero rating to this shop. The owner or whoever he was, extremely rude and mean to me. He shouted and yelled Infront of my little daughter. He seriously needs to learn some manner to deal with his customers. He needs to learn important concept of business that customers are always right and customers are key to any business. His business wouldn't exist if there is no customer. I have been loyal and regular customer to Delhi fashion for 3 years now. I called this morning regarding bad and old food that I bought. It smelled stale and old.I couldn't remember the date I bought, so I told the CSR that i bought it like two weeks ago. Date of purchase was actually around 1 month old. He asked me to come for return. I drove 20 mins to get there just to get yelled by the owner. From the moment I entered the store he was extremely negative. He didn't tried to clam already frustrated customer. I am not mad cause CSR gave me wrong information but with the attitude of the owner. It's not about money ... it's about my time and his extremely mean attitude. I will never ever go back...

If you wanna support a local market, this may not be the one (or at least be CAUTIOUS and check ALL expiration dates). I've gone here several times, trying to give it a chance but they CONSTANTLY have EXPIRED products. I found one frozen item that expired in 2022! and most other things having expired in 2023. I have told the cashier at least twice on separate occasions and she just grabs the stuff, PUTS IT BACK and says maybe next week they'll have new stock, which is untrue. It's unsafe to be selling expired food and what's worse is that they don't give a care in the world. They just want to make money, even if it makes you sick. I've seen other reviews voicing the same concern and the store replying they will fix it but clearly that is untrue. The photos attached are...

It is the best indian grocery store I have seen in the town. Love shopping here. Store is always clean and most of the shelves have correct pricing under or near the item which is not usual in any other indian grocery stores I have visited. The best thing about this place is that they have the variety of the products and there is always someone near or around to help you find the products. The lady who works here is very nice and helpful. She goes beyond her limit to help her customers. Love coming to this store for indian grocery shopping especially for the fresh indian vegetables ... mind you they got the best seasonal...
