R T's Hobby Haus — Local services in Richmond

I'm all for supporting small businesses but the guy that I spoke to on the phone today made me wish I could find this stuff at Walmart. I was genuinely surprised with the lack of customer service given all of the good reviews and amount of time this business has been opened but the representative I spoke to today was rude, less than helpful, and made me feel stupid for not being an expert prior to my visit. I guess that's what I get for trying to shop local instead of my usual visit to amazon.com, I'll just go there next time... All in all I wouldn't recommend visiting this place of business, you can find everything you need online for cheaper with less rude pompous A-holes. I'm going to start off with my boyfriend and I go in this place all the time the last time we went we order parts spend and hour looking for them and getting them ordered. He kept our proof of paying for them his quote on quote said" I need your receipt for the part numbers".
