There's nothing to really say here, other than it is your typical American shopping mall that is on life support. The facility is dated inside and out with just a few shops and restaurants remaining. The parking lot isn't well cared for as it needs to be paved cleaned, and lines repainted. I could see an arcade, gun store, or an indoor gun range and / or archery range doing well here. A yoga studio, martial arts school, or the like. This place needs an infusion of promotion...

There is a really nice prom/formal wear store and a bridal boutique, and one of the nicest little tea shops I've seen in Richmond. It is also a great place to go walking when it is too cold or wet to walk outdoors.
