Horrible experience and will not be returning. Brought a simple bridal set to be resized on a Wednesday. Was told it would be ready the following Monday at 3. Got a call on Monday at 3 to tell me they didn't have my ring and it would be Wednesday. Fine, not a big deal. Showed up at Wednesday after 3 to pick it up, and it was missing a diamond! When we brought it to the employees attention, she automatically tried tp tell us that it was already missing when we brought it in. The set had just been bought that week. When we spoke up and told her we had pictures to prove otherwise, she didn't even acknowledge us and walked off to another employee. That employee proceeded to walk over and have a very bad attitude about the fact that they had messed up. They are fixing it, obviously, because they are obligated to. They acted like they were doing us a favor by replacing the stone and said as much. It was a horrible experience and I won't be returning. The castle is no longer a jewelery store, it's a pawn shop with crappy customer service and a bunch of ex-mean girls who peaked in...

I have been going to them know for a month or two to sell off scrape gold we receive Love the ladies.. Awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The fella's different story. They were very kind not so knowledgeable. I am having a hard time saying the one fella suggested I go to Dan's because he didn't feel that the gold test was strong enough to accept..ok I understood. However if he were to use the correct testing agent he would have received the stronger residue from the test.. The store for the most part was fairly nice some cosmetics need done on the walls. Indeed I like them I will continue my scraping with The Castle... I have told all the ladies that buys Junk Jewelry with me to go to The Castle. Thanks You all Rock...

I stopped at this Castle Location because I know the significant value of buying reconditioned jewelry and frequent all their KY Locations. Katherine was nothing short of amazing in taking time to educate me on diamond grading and how to identify the different cuts on them. After this lesson, I made inquiry of the Castle's policy on full-credit trade in for my jewelry upgrade needs. Basically, I left with the confidence to know that I am secure with my previous purchases and the exceptional savings passed on to me; but, not before placing a VERY HARD TO FIND firearm.
