From the start, Tara & Scott listened to my needs, offered great advice and together we built the perfect ring! Thankfully the relationship with this amazing company did not end there, as from time to time the ring requires cleanings and service to keep it as amazing and Desires doesn’t disappoint. Every visit, the stones and the setting are inspected to make sure everything is top notch and any adjustments are made on the spot. My experience with Desires by Mikolay was extraordinary. I did not deserve the exceptional treatment I was given. I walked in on a Friday without an appointment to have a watch battery replaced and the bracelet tightened. I mentioned that I was going to a wedding and needed it for the weekend. Their attempt to complete the work was unsuccessful. The watch needed to be sent to an affiliate to complete the job. Feeling that I was disappointed, to my surprise Emily gave me a pair of earrings to take home. Totally unnecessary. But so thoughtful.

When I came to pick up my watch the following week I was flabbergasted when Emily refused to accept payment saying that since they were unable to get the work done before the wedding I was going to I would not be charged.

I had the best experience at Desires by Mikolay today. I've been to several jewelry stores in the past and have never been treated so well. I was helped by the owner, Joseph DiFabbio. I brought in a pair of earrings that needed repair, and he took the measurements. I've never seen that done before. I usually just get a receipt. There's a gift bag, which contains jewelry cleaner, a beautiful candle and cz earrings! I hadn't even purchased anything! Although I did look around afterwards and purchased a pair of London Blue topaz studs, which are beautiful. Mr. DiFabbio was respectful and kind, which I've never experienced before.
