We just saw a passionate and provoking show. Overall an amazing performance. Thank you Kinky Boots! Its important to know that all the music is live here. It not only sounded alive but also supports hard working professionals and more artists in the community than I realized. they even have a sensory evening for individuals who would not be able to watch otherwise. This is a heroic business. I am grateful for their work. I prefer this to broadway. Its intimate and you are on the same level with the performers. Moreover no show feels the same. Its one of a kind amd a brilliant gem. Costs are predominantly covered by sponsors so you get far more than you pay for. Overall shows here are a must see. The bottomline is that most people ought to visit.

What a wonderful hidden gem. We took our son here for a sensory friendly production of Godspell. The staff, crew and cast were fantastic and friendly. It was a free show but you wouldn't have known. Everyone extended every courtesy to us and everyone else there. The theater is clean, comfortable and every seat is a good one. It's out of the way in Ridgefield but if you like theater I highly recommend it. The production quality and cast were all very skilled and talented and put on a great performance.

Fabulous! Where off Broadway feels like you’re onBroadway! A lovely new locale for the arts. Come listen, hear and enjoy an evening of theater. We saw Evita and reminisced back to the original Broadway production in the 80’s with this high caliber, high energy, talented cast production. ACT’s production and musical directors, shown in photos, are amazing. BRAVO!!!

Evita is a show I saw twice in the 1980's at the Candllewood Theater in New Fairfield, CT. (Now a Stop & Shop shopping center) One year Evita played by Susan Morey stole the show. I don't know whatever became of her and it is extremely rare that I remember her name. Another year in the 80's Chi Guavera played by ? stole the show. Both were fabulous shows. To my amazement, Evita at the ACT Theater in Ridgefield, CT this past Saturday was THE BEST EVITA I've ever seen. It conveyed the story so very well throughout the entire show with all actors complimenting each other equally. Live orchestra was flawless and invigorating. Candlewood Theater years ago also had a large orchestra which was in front of the stage, at ACT it is behind the stage unseen, but so much part of production. The dancing too was flawless and very well choreographed. SURPRIZE an added scene played and sung by young children showing Evita bringing food to young children in a Catholic school. Again very well done and very natural. The theater is a small, intimate setting with very comfortable seating and a very good view of the stage from any seat. My friend and I bought season tickets to ACT. This is the first show that I've seen there. It was worth every penny. I anticipate the future shows to be just as great. Only drawback, very long line to the Ladies' Room during intermission!...

We saw Jersey Boys and it was an outstanding production. The lead, Frankie, has an amazing voice and range! He truly brought the role of Frankie to life, the emotions and intensity felt very real. The cast were all excellent. We had the VIP package. There is something pretty cool about driving up to a parking space with your name on it. ACT is a lovely facility. We drove up from NC especially to see Jersey Boys with Gian di Constanza as lead, so I’m not sure we will visit ACT again, however we really enjoyed the experience and have no doubt they will continue to put on...
