The employee who I engaged with at the counter was not very respectful to me. I was glad they were able to have flowers ready for me at late notice so I went in to pick them up.

There was a miss communication over the phone. I wanted roses and they were going to be 80 dollars and I said my budget was 60 so they said they had some for 60. When I got there they were mixed flowers and not roses. They were kind enough to go ahead and sell me the roses instead.

I scraped up 80 dollars plus tax and paid. Then I asked if they could deliver instead of me taking them myself. The lady complained to me that I changed my mind. I paid another 9.50 and I upgraded my flowers and she complained and had a smart attitude and no hospitality, like I was a bother and stupid.

I should have told them there are 2 other flower shops in Ridgeland and don't worry about me coming back to be a bother.

I ordered 2 bouquet of flowers today (1 for my Aunt 1 for my cousin) who's husband & dad had recently passes away. Since I live in the state of Washington I was reluctant to order flowers since there was a couple of bad comments but had spend more that a hour with another florist and finally hung up because of communication problems so settled on Mostly Martha's , so happy I did .
