I love Chick-Fil-A due to the quality of food and effective customer service! In particular, I would be remiss if I did not take the time to extend kudos to the manager at the County Line Location, Ms. Nicole and the cashier who took my order on 06.01.19. Two other employees who got involved with my order, unnecessarily, made a mistake in approaching me twice unwarranted and my table about what/if I had paid for my order. I was quiet, but flabbergasted. I went back to the counter with the two employees and the cashier and Ms. Nicole intervened immediately and addressed the issue promptly informing the two employees of the correct facts: (a) how I had paid for my order and that I ,in fact, DID pay for the order, (b) that she, herself, had delivered my order right the first time and she did, and (c) how I was to be treated as a customer. Ms. Nicole offered to redo my order so all food would be hot since I had to stop eating to go up to the counter with the two employees and offered a complimentary ice cream or item of my choice. She apologized and directed the employees accordingly in a professional, classy, quick, QUIET, and gentle manner indicating their behavior was unacceptable, but in a polite and mature way. She did not have an attitude or make a scene, but truly nipped the situation in the bud quietly and amiably. I admire leaders who are able to take care of business with a soft, but clear and firm approach. Ms. Nicole is a petite force and a professional who knows how to conduct business and run a restaurant! The cashier who took my order apologized as well for how I was unnecessarily treated by the other two ladies. Again, kudos and admiration! Thank you for ensuring I was treated with dignity and effective customer service as a four decades long and regularly paying patron of Chick-Fil-A! Regards, Lisa D....
Read moreThe rudeness that other guests are talking about is caused be the ridiculous amount of stress put on the workers by greedy, lazy, and incompetent upper management.
The slow times are caused by management valuing a small labor cost over every other thing. If you’ve ever noticed, an average successful Chick-fil-a is a well staffed and well-oiled machine. This location very often has one person doing the job of three to four other people.
Also if you check their job listings on Indeed they are offering less money than other restaurants in the area and even other Chick-fil-a’s. So, they are demanding more from their poor overworked workers, who are usually high school or college aged, for less compensation.
Please don’t let your kids work here. I’ve seen children outside at night in the cold with a bag of money strapped to their person in an honestly dangerous area. I’ve seen workers shiver in the extreme cold and wet and seen them look faint in the intense heat of the hottest year on record.
I can’t eat here anymore because I feel guilty for causing the workers more suffering. Misery just radiates out of this place. No wonder they aren’t happy and saying “my pleasure.” For that little amount of money for that amount of stress why would they be?
It’s not the workers making this Chick-fil-a feel like McDonalds, it’s the owner and...
Read moreThis is the most rudest, unhappy, and unfriendly work staff I have every encounter at any Chick fil a...Be warned when you enter the drive thru...the young lady Jya and the young man Cameron are the rudest at this restaurant ..located on County Line Road. We received a very dry "What's your name"....and Jya seemed so unhappy...we asked Jya for Polynesian sauce and Chick Fil-A sauce because when we placed our orders the young lady did not ask us for sauces... once we were given the food Jya still forgot the sauce she turns to Cameron after we ask for the sauce again...and asked Cameron for the Polynesian sauce and Chick-fil-A sauce he gives her the Polynesian sauce then we stated again we also want Chick-fil-A sauce Cameron in a rude tone stated "we don't have Chick-fil-A sauce".... I have never been to an unfriendly Chick-fil-A but the one located on County Line Road is the rudest I tried to call the manager and let them know of the issue at the drive thru..I have not received a call back about the problem. If you are looking for a happy crew...you will not find it here.... Awful!....not only was the service was bad the food was awful too...my grill chicken sandwich was cold and my fruit was bitter..this Chick fil a will get 1 star and I will not be returning...
