Zero stars. If you’re not capable of doing the alterations you should advise customers. I took dress in for granddaughter’s wedding. The strap on shoulders had sequins but were falling off shoulders. When I picked dress up and took out of bag loose threads were sticking out on both shoulders. The sequins were dropping on floor like popcorn. The dress is ruined. I was refunded my $75 for alteration but don’t have a dress for wedding. Location where sequins where falling was discolored. My dress is gold but the discoloration was dark. When I took it to another business to see if they could repair it was immediately pointed out that something hot had been placed there/iron or whatever they use. Made sense. The discoloration was color of sequins. When I told this to K&G I was met with hostility n rudeness. Absolutely horrible service!! You need to own your mistakes....

Very good selection of men's clothes and the staff is very helpful. If you need something formal, or just a pair of jeans, they have something for everyone. They even have linen suits. They also tailor suits so that's a plus. Great...
