I went to this jewelry store two weeks ago with my wife because she loved a necklace with her initial A that was on display. We were greeted by the owner and his wife and they were very pleasant. They explained that the necklace was sterling silver and the price was $140.00 but my wife wanted it in 14 kt. The owner then said that he could have it made in 14 kt in the lower $200.00 range, so we left the store with his business card and said that we would think about it. Today we went to the same jewelry store and once again met the owner and asked if he remembered us because we were ready to place the order for the 14 kt necklace. Apparently, he did not because the mid 200.00 price that was offered two weeks ago, was now an astonishing $400.00 and only for the initial which did not include the necklace. This ridiculous price difference from two weeks ago until today, can only leave me with a conclusion that this establishment is not...

My fiance recently proposed to me with a ring purchased from this store. The owners were incredibly delightful to work with & we can tell this ring was very well crafted.

We loved the customer service we were provided with, but especially the fact that the owners were not pushy at all. They truly allowed us to pick and choose exactly what we wanted without trying to push us with other recommendations. My fiancé wanted to add that they offer competitive pricing.
