I have been following Faisal for roughly 12 years through 5 different locations. That is not to say I have not tried others, but those attempts led me quickly back to Faisal to ask him to fix the damage. He never once made any comment, just smiled and said "have a seat, I will make it look the way it was supposed to". It is why I had driven more than 40 miles for close to three years to have Faisal cut my hair. I am just glad I moved closer again to where he is, because I get my haircut often. It is also almost two years ago when I took my son for his first haircut. I had no idea what to expect because I have seen all my family and friends photos of their kids first haircut experience where the kids are crying their eyes out and look like they had to be tied down to the seat. I was amazed. Not only were there no tears, but Noah didn't want to get off the chair. Faisal was incredible at making him feel comfortable and patient while my almost two year old would get distracted at anything. Ever since Noah asks when can he get his haircut again (and again) and I have to remind him it has only been a week or two since his last. And when it is his time he runs to the chair and climbs in on his own. I cannot say enough about the talent and professionalism we have experienced from Faisal. The new salon is beautiful and immaculate and looking at those walking out, I can see the salon is filled with other talented hair design/stylists as well. I highly recommend Salon Toujours. You are in great hands and you know it the second you walk...

TRULY BEST EVER!!! I am a long time client and I can say without a doubt Farida is the best colorist I have ever seen. Her eye for color, tone and most importantly, placement is magic. I am a brunette who for years was given brassy, orange highlights even though I always requested NO RED. I had given up all hope until I met Farida. Her skills are far superior to most stylists. The way she blends tone on tone, lighter, darker, thicker thinner, it all creates a nuance of depth and character. You will not see yourself coming and going and you will definitely not see stripes and cookie cutter highlights. The best part of all, my best advice to any female looking to have a great experience...just give yourself over to anything Farida says because seriously, when everything is said and done she is always right! She truly cares. (Many little arguments on my wanting more highlights , but NOPE, hair has to be healthy haha) I look back and I laugh and say yep she's right again! The other thing I should mention is that the salon is lovely, calm, and IMMACULATE with no cattiness, like many other places. You always feel welcome and at ease. There is no drama, no little wanna be divas, everyone is fantastic, but there is just one Queen and her name is Farida! 😍

*Oh! Btw-Faisal is the King of the men's cuts, so talented. My husband will not let anyone else cut his hair. Plus it's fun to go...

Stay away from this place. Definitely do not let them dye your hair. "Stylist" was nice but completely ruined my hair. For that reason I won't say her name, but absolutely ridiculous to have been doing hair for so long and mess it up this badly. The owner is ridiculous, I can see how much she attacked the last person that left a bad review. Clearly can't own up to anything and very defensive, calling the review fake. Well same thing happened to me, so clearly it wasn't fake. Can't call me fake though, I'm a local guide lol.

So my hair color wasn't what I wanted at all, but I felt bad saying anything and figured I'd ask her to change it next time. However, after washing it, my hair felt like the bristles of a broom. It's just absolutely shocking. I'm so upset. So now not only is the color not right, but my hair is completely ruined. I've been using expensive hair masks constantly and it's still not much better. Scared to even let anyone else touch my hair. Stay away from this place. Maybe other people have a good experience there, but mine was the complete opposite.

As for why I don't show my name, it's because I say it like it is, review many places, and not everyone deserves 5 stars but people sure do get mad at the truth. Therefore, I'm not looking to be attacked by phone or at my home. So go ahead, attack my review and call it lies. Should see someone about that...
