My 2 sisters and I along with my neighbor took this hour and a half drive just to see if we can meet Melissa Gorga.
We finally arrived at Envy around 10:45 and we were so excited. Melissa wasn't there, but Blair was fabulous and beautiful. We told her we drove all the way here in hopes to see Melissa. She says she usually comes in. My sister bought the sweat pants and sweat shirt. Blair was absolutely wonderful and so outgoing and friendly. We were like little kids in a candy store. The store was decorated perfectly and beautiful.
We decided to tour the area and we went to the park down the street to wait and come back to see if we can see Melissa. One of our sisters is disabled and its hard for her to get around, but she made the journey with us. My neighbor and her sat at the park while my other sister and I went walking around. We must have walked around for over an hour passing by the store to see if she was in. We went to the Mount Carmel Church to pray that we get to meet her. We decided to get back in the car and drove around and around to get a parking spot across the street so we can see her coming. We sat another hour without any luck of her coming and decided to go and get some lunch.
After lunch we were going to leave, it was around 2:30. I ask the group if they wanted to head home because we were trying to beat the traffic because it was a long drive, but my disabled sister said why don't we try one more time. We all agreed. We returned back to the shop and was lucky to get a parking spot right in front of her store. My other sister got out to check and ran out screaming and shouting she's here. The rest of us couldn't get out of the car fast enough. We waited for her to come out because she was getting her outfits ready for BRAVO CON. Melissa came out with a big smile and greeted us. She is so beautiful and a wonderful person. I knew Melissa would be the type of person to welcome us or anyone. She was so kind to take time out of her busy schedule to take pictures with us and to sign autographs for us.
Melissa and her staff, Blair and Sky were amazing! Our prayers were answered and it was an honor to meet you all!
From all of us, Dawn, Charlene, Karen and Fred we would love to thank you Melissa Gorga and your great staff for an outstanding welcoming. You made all of our day and it was worth the long wait to see you and we can't thank you enough for making us feel welcome. It goes beyond words that can't express your hospitality.
This surely will be a day we all will never forget and cherish forever and hope our paths will cross again.
God Bless you and your family and wonderful staff, You are truly the best New Jersey Housewives ever!
Love you fans, Dawn,...
Read moreLike many people I came here on a visit to NJ (my family lives in town) to see the shop owned by RHONJ Melissa. I ended up buying their logo T shirt, which is one of the most flattering shirts I have ever worn, and left. The salesgirl Sina, was super friendly and personable. We even chatted about where I live in PA and her family that she has in the state. What I didn't anticipate was forgetting my wallet on the counter there, which is something I have never done, and am still in disbelief that I did. I also didn't realize I did it. At 5:50pm I checked my email and realized I had 2 emails from Sina (thankfully I had signed up to be on Envy's email list), who was earnestly letting me know I left my wallet in the store. One was to let me know it was there and the other was to let me know if I didn't see her email she had contacted Montclair Police and was going to leave it with them. I immediately called the store, they close at 6 and it was now 5:51. She answered and I told her I would be right over, I was about 8 minutes away. She said she would wait for me to get there and she did. I had my wallet back in hand, everything in it's place at 6:01. She even told me that I was a difficult person to find, that she had tried googling and searching for me online to try to get a phone number to contact me as she knew I wasn't local and didn't want me to drive back to PA without it. Sina truly went above and beyond. Her incredible empathy for the customer that obviously had come to the store as a "tourist" was amazing. Every store needs an employee as sweet and caring as Sina. I hope Melissa reads her reviews because she should know how valuable this girl is. Thank you again, Sina. You made sure what could have been a disaster was avoided and I am so grateful to...
