I ordered steaks for family members for Christmas and they shipped everything but the steaks! They charged me but never shipped them. And they never let me know they short shipped me! Called customer service to straighten it out and after waiting 2 hours I got a woman with a bad attitude who couldn’t care less. I asked to have the phone call recorded and told them that I stopped ordering from them years ago because they kept short shipping their products. We wanted to give them another chance and wow what a mistake! I am a happy customer of Butcher Box for several months now. They never short ship and over charge. Bad customer service with Omaha. Very disappointed....

I said I preferred not to provide personal info she said I had to for purchase. I was picking up a gift so I provided fake info. I have truly had a better experience at DMV.
