This store is my goto! They never cease to disappoint and I mean ever! Today was another day where I needed to do a drive up pick up order because being a mom of 3 isn’t just a quick trip to the store! Well when I drove up entered my number of which space I was parked in and my order came to me quickly. I always just skim through my items to make sure I have everything. Well when I did that I noticed the Nesquick powdered milk container was open. The amazing Target employees were still out there helping other customers so my daughter rolled her window down to get the attention of one of the Target workers, we will call her super hero Target worker 1. She apologized took the container and said she would be right back with another one. I said no it’s okay I didn’t want to add more work or be a hassle. Super hero Target worker 1 insisted and ran in to grab another container. Well we were waiting (not very long at all) super hero Target worker 2 comes out with another customers order takes it to their car but instead of going back in he stops at my car. He apologized again for the issue and hands me a gift card! I said what no it’s okay and he said no we apologized again for this matter. My daughter and I were in disbelief because it was neither of their faults for this issue. Super hero Target worker 2 turns and said oh look there she is! Super hero Target worker 1 runs to my car and I could tell she literally ran to get me another container! She again apologized for everything, in which I said please don’t apologize it was neither of your faults but thank you so much for your kindness and generosity! The thing is, is that the workers could have easily said mam you need to go inside and return it yourself, or something else along those lines, but they didn’t. They instead made sure that my experience of using their “convenient” drive up stayed exactly that. Whether it be because they saw I had 3 crazy kids in my car or something else, those 2 Super Hero Target workers definitely made sure that customer service matters! I will definitely with the upmost respect continue to shop there. If management were to read this please know this happened on July 7,2022 at 7:20 pm, please show those 2 workers such gratitude because now a days it is extremely rare to find such amazing...
Read moreEverything was wonderful, like I mentioned before the check out employees were all so amazing however there was this one associate - I needed to ask for assistance and when I walked up to her she happened to stop, and started talking to a new employee- the lead or manager just ignored me for a moment as she asked the new associate about stocking her cart-and she didn’t seem very nice to the new employee-she then stopped and asked what she could help me with-I told her and’s carried on my way-The fitting rooms looked like a bomb went off. I also needed to use the bathroom so I asked the self checkout employee if she could watch my cart and the sweet checkout girl actually waited with my cart until I came back-while I was in the bathroom-it was so gross-SO GROSS- it didn’t look like it had been cleaned all day - soap dispensers had no soap- the handicap toilet overflowed so there was nasty water all over the floor leading into the stall next to handicap-it was so bad that someone rolled the toilet paper down where it was hitting the floor causing the toilet paper to absorb the water from the overflowed toilet on the floor and it made its way all the way up the roll so there was soaking wet TP hanging-which made its way to the rest of the roll. Aside from that-the checkout team members...
Read moreAs someone who can't handle crowds and gets anxious in busy places, this particular Target is the only grocery store that I feel comfortable in. I will continue to shop here for that reason alone. Unfortunately, the overall quality has gone downhill since the renovation. The shelves always seem to be half empty. The cosmetics section hasn't been restocked in months. I'm having to order more and more of my "regular" products online, which usually means waiting longer and spending more. Speaking of online orders--I don't understand how a product can be available in store, according to Target's website, but when I go to check out online, that same item says "pickup not available." This includes perfectly normal grocery items like granola bars. This is bad news for people who prefer to shop online and pick their order up. How can Target encourage remote shopping but make so many of their products ineligible for pickup? Just doesn't make sense. On the upside, everything is clean, the aesthetic is pleasing, and the staff is always kind and...
