TJ's Evergreen Herbal Market — Local services in Rio Rancho

I would not recommend Evergreen Herbal Market the employees there are very unprofessional when you ask for help they don't know where anything is at. When I asked to speak to the manager some lady by the name of Mary said that she was the manager and she was the most unprofessional manager that I ever dealt with she has the worst truckers mouth on her. She was very rude to customers and even more rude to the store employees every other word that came out of her mouth was F this F that. If I were her employee I would report her to the owner of the store so he could let her go and hire someone with management and customer service skills. Sad to say but the longer this lady Mary works there I know me, my family and friends will never return to that store nor would I recommend anyone else...

Went there for the first time on 12/31/18 to buy my dog CBD oil. The lady held it in her hand the whole time so I didn't notice there was coconut oil in it until I got home and my dog is allergic. Went there today to return it and was told they no longer accept returns due to getting too many and could only offer store credit. The package wasn't opened so I should have gotten my money back regardless of them getting too many returns or not, that's not my problem and the business needs to accommodate that and come up with a better policy. Every place should offer your money back, especially if the package wasn't even opened....

I have been going to Evergreen Herbal Market since 2001. They have the most knowledgeable staff anywhere and if, by chance, they don't know something they will find out for you. They go above and beyond the norm of any other store that I know of. Mary, the manager, is a wealth of information and will bend over backwards to help anyone out. I don't know what Mr. Ortiz is referring to but I have never experienced what he had and I honestly believe he is trying to cause problems, perhaps he is an owner of another herb store?
