Cheap quality merchandise at high prices!! I spent $20 on a lighter that never lit once. I bought it after 11:00pm, less than an hour before closing, and couldn’t make it back before they closed. I brought it back the next night to the same guy who sold it to me. Very friendly guy, we had spoken the night before, just as we had on many occasions. He’s the only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of one. He remembered me and the purchase. But he refused to exchange the lighter for one that worked. It was my fault for not checking it when I purchased it. We were talking and I forgot to click it. He had ample opportunity to check it himself and neglected to do so. So I’m out 20 bucks and still need a new lighter. I won’t be getting it from them. Or anything else. It’s sad when your products are of suck quality that you have to enforce a strict policy against replacing defective...

Wow Man, This place was like a straight 10 dude! We were most hellishly bummed out and it was just completely leaking buckets of water outside for days man. Bought this device for $75 dollars and is was leaking all over the place in a matter of days. Returned to the shop to see if they could exchange it or something else or give store credit. Never tried to get cash back, but this thing was obviously flawed.. placed it on the counter where it leaked all over the place. He asked me if I wanted to spend another $75 dollars the and he would offer me a discount...WTH! Told him how ridiculous that was and he started shouting at me and told me to, "Get Out" because he said the owner said he wasn't going to do anything and he didn't want to talk about it. Wow...never going to shop there...
