Once again an amazing experience at Men's Wearhouse! 11/1/25 I stopped by looking for a new pair and slacks and blazer for Sunday service at church the following morning. One pair of slacks, one blazer.. that's all. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and offered assistance. I wanted to browse a little before assistance was needed but there were several employees waiting and ready for me. I was browsing the slacks when my wife pointed out a beautiful blue three piece suit on display and suggested it would be the perfect attire for our upcoming anniversary dinner in Lake Tahoe. After browsing and selecting a few different suits a gentleman who had been waiting (from the sidelines) to help me (Alberto) asked me over to a table where he had placed preselected shirts and ties to pair with the suits I selected, and might I add that his selection was spot on! For every suit, there were three shirts and ties to match. Along with the ties and shirt, he also offered shoes and matching socks, which I indeed accepted and took advantage of the low pricing and wonderful pairings. All in all, I had a very positive experience at this Men's Wearhouse location in Riverbank, CA. I walked in with the intention of purchasing one pair of slacks and a blazer and I walked out with multiple suits, six shirts, three ties, 3 pair of socks and a new set shoes. My salesman Alberto wasn't a pushy salesman, he was pleasantly respectful and helpful. My total was...
Read moreMy husband and live in Twain Hart, it’s a little over a 1 hour drive to riverbank Men’s warehouse.. when we walked in the sales people were busy with prom kids, no big deal….but we were there for 30 minutes and not 1 single sales person acknowledged we were there, not one said thank you for waiting will be with you as soon as we can… so we drove to the Modesto location and spent $600 there!! They were just as busy but the second we even walk through the door they said, thank you for coming in. We apologize were busy, but will be with you as soon as we can, so we wait another 35 min to get help but they kept checking in on us, letting us know that they saw us and would be helping us as soon as they could.. honestly that’s all any reasonable customer could ask for.. being ignored like you don’t exist is NOT OK.. I’ve been a customer service manager, I’m a store manager now, and I would never be OK with my employees not acknowledging a customer when they walked in the door!! even if they were helping someone you can find a brake in the conversation to acknowledge a new customer!! if their management staff can’t understand that then they need new...
Read moreI came in to get a tux rental for prom and everything thing went well. The person sizing me did a horrible job. She sized me 2 sizes too big on the vest and jacket after resizing me a few times and didn't even size my pants or my shirt size. We finally finished and it was $278 for a one night rental and a $20 deposit that I was promised to get back if I canceled it a week before prom. So I decided to go to Rossini on Mchenry to see how much they would be. I showed them the receipt and they were amazed on how they charged me so much. I asked for the same tux at Rossini and got the same thing for $113. Rossini had lower prices and better customer service. After leaving Rossini, I went back to men's wear house to get my $20 deposit back and cancel my rental there, but they wouldn't give my my $20 back. The girl that helped me before said that since I canceled a week within my event, I couldn't get the money back. I went on Thursday the 7th and prom isn't until Saturday the 16th, so I gave them more than a weeks notice. Also, I came back within the hour so it shouldn't have been that hard to give me...
