New Hong Kong Garden — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Honestly wouldn’t know how the food is. I couldn’t place my order.

I called multiple times, but still couldn’t place an order.

The first time I was asked to hold. Which is completely understandable when your busy. Except I wasn’t put on hold. The phone was just placed on the table. So I could hear the person helping other customers, until she wasn’t.

Then she just complained that she was busy to herself for a minute.

Then, one of the other phones rang and she answered it and took that persons order.

I hung up, called back a couple of times over a span of a few minutes To try to place an order but the call went to a busy signal.

Awful customer service. It’s a shame because I’ve heard good things...

I have ordered from this place a few times and the food is very good, however, the staff is LAZY. One time I ordered for delivery and they told me they were not doing delivery even though it was about 1pm on a Friday. Today, I ordered again for delivery and they told me they do not deliver to my house because it is too far. I have had my food delivered here before many times, but because the staff is lazy they decided not to do delivery and lie. When I told the lady I have had my food delivered here before she simply said “Maybe the delivery man chose to go but we don’t deliver it is too far.” Although the food is good the customer service...

Great Asian foods, Quick service & all - inclusive lunchboxes. The Restaurant, recently, underwent a change in ownership. Some items have been removed from the menu, others have been added. There's been a moderate price increase, however, the food, available, is as good as ever. Another Plus is that the walls were, recently, cleaned & repainted & new tables & chairs are in place, making it pleasant to eat-in !
