Ordered drinks then gave them my card to open a tab when I was ready to close out the bartender proceeded to gaslight me saying I never gave them my card. At the end of the night the receipt with my name and card information was found and it was not signed by me and was a completely different amount. They didn’t try canceling the transaction and instead took a picture of my Drivers License for whatever reason treating me like I’m in the wrong for their mistake. I made a reservation for 5 online and when we got there there were several empty tables. We were told our reservation was for the bar only. NO where in my confirmation was there a mention. I asked about other tables and they were reserved!!! What about my reservation? We were told we could eat outside, but only 3 chairs at the table. No offer to get other chairs, so I asked and 2 people were very nice and said they were happy to let me take them.
