Kohl's — Local services in Riverside Township

I haven't been in a Kohl's store for 10 years. What a difference time makes.

I was shopping for men's pants. I didn't expect much of a selection. I was surprised at just how many brands and sizes were available at Kohl's. The stock was very well kept on the shelves so it was easy to shop. The dressing rooms were clean and free of other people's clothes left behind. I soon had three pair of pants and was ready for checkout.

There were three checkout registers at the door. The cashier was genuinely friendly and professional. She rang up my order and told me who's the benefits of a Kohl's credit card. At the end of the transaction, I saved $107, understood the value of the credit card, and received a certificate for $10 of Kohl's cash.

It's appears that Kohl's knows it is one of the few department stores that has yet to be replaced buy Amazon. They show an interest in staying in business and have made adjustments to do so. Other stores have not and it is evident from shopping at those stores why they will soon close their doors. I will definitely shop here again and recommended...

I did not expect to write a favorable review, but I am. My shopping trip was good (well, as good as shopping can be).

I went to Kohl's because I had to return something to Amazon, and Kohl's is a free and easy place to do that return. It was every bit as fast as you might expect from Amazon.

I used to hate Kohl's. Probably 10 years ago, I visited Kohl's a few times, and I found it to be disorganized, and the shelves and bins and racks of stuff were all mixed up. I completely stopped going.

I have been in 2 different Kohl's in the past couple of weeks, and I was totally pleased. The experience was good in every area where it was problematic.

I have totally changed my mind, and if I have to go shopping, Kohl's is on my short list of places to go.

There is a good selection of merchandise in the price range I am willing to pay. I can find what I am looking for, and the nearby stuff is relevant. I can find colors and sizes quickly.

I had a very very strange return. I brought a shirt back yesterday (1-6-21) for an even exchange. it had been a long day and I was totally on auto pilot. I received my "even exchange" slip, went down to get the security tag removed, gave it to the clerk and was told that the refund has gone onto my card and I had to pay for the shirt again. I knew that wasn't correct, but, auto pilot. got home, checked bank account and didn't see a refund. called the store, explained what has happened and that I absolutely couldn't find the exchange slip. the ladies who listened to my unique situation were very kind and I appreciate their patience and understanding. I went in today (1-7) and explained what happened yesterday. the ladies at the desk weren't aware but long story short, they were kind and took the time to help me. thank you for being concerned about good work ethic.
