I would not suggest doing business with the company as a whole. The customer service is an absolute joke. And their policies are ridiculous. The managers at this location are amazing and accommodating but the employee Miranda was ridiculous. I purchased a ring from this location on credit. Ran into a issue so called to make payment arrangements. I was told one thing and something else entirely happened. So I asked for the issue to be corrected and they told me I would need to speak to the financial department ok great. Then they said they would give me a call back within 48 hours or something like that. I never got a call. So I called this store location the manager went above and beyond to try and help unfortunately there was not much she could do it was a corporate issue. She told me they would call they did not still this is 15 days later. Again not blaming her she was amazing. Fast forward to today I still have not gotten a call so I am choosing to no do business with Daniels anymore I will take my business elsewhere. I had put another ring on layaway which I will be taking off today Miranda sure sealed that deal. So I call to inquire about there layaway policy. Which is ridiculous by the way if an item is on layaway for past 30 days they do not reimburse the money put down. Anyway I ask her the policy I am probably short because I'm in a rush and she attempts to be a mind reader and says return policy then you want to pay off the layaway then something else when I clearly said I no longer want the item. We converse for a while long i tell her that I believe that policy is crazy and then proceed to explain a bit of the situation and she says something rude to the effect that she dosen't see the problem. When I have clearly and efficiently explained. So I am going to advise all of you reading this not to buy the over priced jewelry that they sell jusr to help your credit. It's not at all worth it. They are able to offer credit to anyone becasue they are indeed overcharging everyone. Don't believe me take anything you buy at Daniels get it appraised and then come back and talk to me. This would be fine but their customer service sucks and that my friends is why you should stay away

Read moreMy husband had bought me a gold Bengal bracelet from Daniel’s. Less than seven days the gold Bengal broke in half. I took the bingo back and the supervisor told me that she could not return it because it was broken. I was flabbergasted. I was in my 10 day grace period to return it and the whole reason that I was returning, it was because it had broken. Imagine if I had not worn it that day and if I had waited after the 10 days I would be stuck with their 30 day credit. She was so insulting suggesting that I had broken it when she went to ask her jewelers what had happened her jeweler said this is plastic. I seriously believe they sold me a fake bracelet. She still insisted that she could not return my money, but a DM would have to verify and determine if she can return my money I left the bracelet and felt so bad I almost cried thankfully my husband is levelheaded and spoke to the DM, which, luckily she called within less than 30 minutes she spoke to my husband and told them that they were waiting for the manufacturing company to reply back to them regarding the bracelet. I seriously don’t believe that I really think they were just covering their butts, but that’s my opinion I would never ever shop at Daniels again. Their quality of merchandise is horrible cheap and overpriced and the staff is even horrible too especially the supervisor she could’ve been enlightening of the situation and explain to me the process and not to worry but instead she gaslighted me to tell me that I was going to break the item. The only reason I give it a star is because they refunded my money...
Read moreI recommend you don't let them run your credit. I was pushed into it and regret it. I liked a ring and had cash for it, but never did I get it. I was bamboozled by what I thought was really the best deal. Then I returned the ring, but was charged over $200 for it to be sized by 1 [6-7]measurment. Then I told my dad and he was like that's absurd so we went back and they dropped it to $120. Shady business, but as are all jewelry sales stores. They also said there would be no interest another lie it's 30% APR. And super hidden fees. Just take a look at this scandal. To owner I never asked for the wedding band to be customized, so your employee took that upon herself. Just ask Google what a fair price is for sizing a ring from a six to a seven and you'll soon know your prices are absurd. I did not get a deal on any jewelry owner. The cookies on the counter were the best thing you...
