Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Riverside

Placed an online order for ASAP pickup, ordered at 11:49a, food supposed to be ready at 11:59. My wife goes to pick up the food maybe 15 mins after the order was placed, she shows up and the food was not in the pick up area. Come to find out it had been "moved." The person that moved it was on lunch/break and the individual(s) working the front were unaware of the situation. Why move the food at all??? My wife arrived within a reasonable time after the order was supposed to be ready. So after a bunch of back and forth, my wife has been there now almost 20 minutes since the store is also busy from the lunch rush. Our food is "found", now cold and soggy at this point. And she is sent on her merry way. We get the food home almost 30 mins after it was ready, everything needs a reheat, burgers are cold and soggy, not worth $30 at all. To top it off as I'm taking a bite of my burger, I find a short greyish/black hair in my burger as the icing on the cake. I don't mean to review this place so harshly but l have a distinct feeling someone was trying to squirrel our order away for a break time snack claiming that it wasn't picked up quickly enough. Everything should have been remade after having been unable to "find" it. And frankly I'd like my $30 back for huge pain in the a** and having received cold, soggy,...

Overall the experience was not good! Nuggets were under cooked, they had way too much Mayo on our burgers and the meet in the patty was over cooked. Bread was soggy and they ran out of chipotle Mayo which I eat with my green beans.if I would known they didn’t have that, I honestly wouldn’t have even order them. That’s the point of the green beans. Anyway my family and I were not happy today with the habit.I will not be returning back anytime soon. So disappointed even with the costumer service which was Also bad and couldn’t help us out over the phone too she just told me to go on the website. Didn’t even have the time to ask what was wrong with the food. I find that uncaring, unprofessional and also not much help at all. One more thing, my daughter who is four, was the one who had the nuggets that were under cook! So at this point I hope she doesn’t get sick. She had to tell me that they were slimy!! This habit need to take more care in their food when sending it out to a family. I could of gone to McDonald’s and had a better meal and saved money. Thank you. I hope this helps and maybe after reading this maybe the next family can have a better experience than I did today.

Oh and they were out of ice cream. They should have it down under sold out and not tell us last minute when...

Nice place, nice mall, family experience. I think this is a very nice resteraunt, in a quaint little street mall, many more resteraunt and bistros, grills and bbq, etc to choose from but this burger house is nicely placed to view a sunset or just take a romantic walk after dinner or coffee, can be avery romantic experience. This resteraunt does have clean restrooms. CON: Saturday nite 7 pm sunset w/my family walked around looking at many other resteraunts, decided on the habit burger, entered pictures of mouth watering burgers, melting American cheese, caramelized onions, manager says no American cheese, "swiss only" Sorry that's not cheese, "well that's it" he says, that or nothing, wow the busiest nite of week prime dinner hour out of cheese, There was a burger resteraunt across street with no problems, manager couldn't send someone on a mission for cheese, $40 later the worst burger in riverside, McDonald's would never run out of cheese, If you don't have cheese why open the doors. A burger joint without the ingredients for there only product they serve, is a joke !!! Management should never run out of it primary ingredients. I expected more...
