This is my prefered chinese restaurant when I have court appearances in Riverside. The hospitality here is second to none, and the food is exemplary. Specifically, the food is as authentic as you're likely to experience in Riverside county. While Chen Ling may not have the same level of ambience and decor as neighboring Dragon House, the quality of Chen Ling's food is far superior. The building itself is old and dated, and when you walk in you kind question how good the food will be based on the old decor. But... the food. It's full of flavor. The Mongolian Beef isn't spicy like one would think it to be, but with it's big flavor you don't even miss the spice. The Sweet and Sour has a slightly thicker batter than I prefer, but again the bold flavor of the sauce more than makes up for the batter. Over all, we were impressed and will be sure...
