hello everyone! if you ever want to get anything pierced that is higher than the second piercing on your lobe, go to a real body shop, not Claire’s! i got my 3rd piercing on Sunday 11/20. i immediately felt it was too tight. a few days went by, and it was completely swollen. the reason why you may ask? it was because the lady, who’s name was Kim, didn’t tell me that i needed a long post needle, which i needed to have. she did not inform me of this at all, which she should have done. but, they apparently do not know human anatomy and how the earl people need longer needles, or the ear lobe can get infected. and i want a refund. when i asked for a refund the lady gave a really bad attitude. it was almost $60 and i had to take it out in 3 days because the woman failed to tell me the safety procedure. a girl i know who is a professional body piercer even said that the way Claire’s does their piercings is wrong. they are not trained enough. so, i want my refund. the earring was so tight that i couldn’t even get the purple marker that they use to mark where the...

Best store of this type around. Staff is well trained, polite and helpful, store is clean, well organized, and maintained. The manager is amazing and goes above and beyond. She has personally pierced ears of two of my girls and my 80 year old mother without hassle. She should get a raise! 6 stars! Anyone who leaves a negative was probably caught stealing something or more likely their kids. Maybe they should teach their kids not to steal....
