Let me start by saying this store is definitely the place to go for a formal dress if you do not want to pay hundreds of dollars for a one night dress....I was recommended this store by a co-worker and am SO glad that I was. We decided to go prom dress shopping in December even though prom wasn't until May, hoping to not pay extra for the same dress as the date got closer or have a super limited selection to have to choose from. Grandma also wanted to come along so we decided to go while she was visiting from out of state. Right off the bat, we were greeted with a smiling face by JJ, the manager. JJ was extremely friendly and super helpful without being pushy. We found dress after dress that my daughter loved and wanted to try on. JJ was phenomenal. She was extremely willing to take anything down from the top rack or search for a different size. Every single time my daughter tried on a dress, JJ was right there to help with anything, including providing positive feedback on each dress. Never once did she give an impression of annoyance for trying on so many dresses. My daughter doesn't usually have the most positive shopping experiences because she is self conscious about her body but JJ made her feel like a million dollars in everything she tried on. She tried on and found "the one" while JJ was assisting another customer in between helping us get different sizes and my daughter immediately said, "please go get JJ, I HAVE to show her this one!" My daughter got teary eyed telling me how amazing JJ made her feel about herself and how much it boosted her confidence in her dress. 100% recommend Windsor for a formal dress, but 1000% more for JJ!!!!!!! EVERYONE needs a JJ to shop with, she is incredible

the staff was extremely rude. my friends and I waited over an hour to try on dresses. once it was our turn for a dressing room the employee was very rude about giving us rooms. I had 6 dresses to try on. I was in the dressing room for 25 minutes while others where in there for double that time but I got yelled at. the employees told us to come out and I said I had only been in there for a short amount of time and would be out soon after I finished tryin on my dress. A women in her 60s and her children started harassing me and my friend telling us to get out of the dressing room. They were banging on the door and clapping and yelling at me for being in there for so long. I was in there for no longer then 25 minutes. the employees did nothing. the employees then started talking along with the other customers saying “you guys are good we should hire you.” this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. when I asked for the employees names they refused to give out the information and said they did nothing wrong. do not shop here. there was one employee who was...

My experience here recently was HORRIBLE. The dressing rooms were packed with girls whose parents kept grabbing more items for them to try on causing every room to be taken for over half an hour. There were no clear lines and no employees helping or providing direction. When the manager finally came over they disregarded me and my mother who tried to explain we were there first and only had 1 item to try on and instead of understanding our discomfort with the situation screamed at us that all of the employees were “on break”. The employees continued to talk poorly on us and everyone who was frustrated, and on the way out the manager sarcastically yelled “HAVE A BETTER DAY LADIES.” I have worked in retail and customer service for years and the attitude from the employees was honestly ridiculous. I did go ahead and reach out to the corporate team about this location but I really wouldn’t waste your time dress shopping at this mess of a store especially if you’re bigger than a size small.
