Kirkland's Home — Local services in Robinson Township

I absolutely love the products at Kirklands and have purchased many items. However, I have been there several times where the sales staff was not helpful at best and downright rude at worst. It is 6:25 pm on Monday, March 1 and I just called your Robinson store in an attempt to secure 4 more stemless cold drink glasses ( set of 4) of which I purchased approximately two weeks ago and have neither the receipt box or SKU number for the glasses. I called the store and spoke to a woman sales person on the phone who absolutely offer me no assistance whatsoever and kept asking me what the SKU number was and if there are any glasses there when I was in the store . It is possible though that there are none left at this time . I looked online but I could not locate them. I would love to come by one or two more packages of the glasses but was less than impressed with the sales person and have no idea if you still have them because she would not take 30 seconds to go look. My fiancé had purchased a mattress and a headboard/bed frame online to be delivered to this store over the summer. After months of no updates or tracking number (she ordered it in the summer and we didn’t get it until after Labor Day) we decided to call the store and the manager said “it’s been here for weeks”. So we said we’ll be there the upcoming weekend to pick it up and the manager said “there’s no room for it” despite it being there “for weeks”. My fiancé and I picked it up and put it in our storage unit as we were to close on a house. After making some renovations to the house and finally being able to set up our mattress, come to find out the footboard was missing! We called again were told they would ship out a footboard to us free of charge and provide a tracking number.. this was in February. My fiancé and I have literally been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for going on two months because these people can’t do their jobs right. I really like this Kirkland's. They have a lot of great inventory, and they seem to always have deals. The staff is pleasant and I feel like I often find something I'm looking for and I don't feel like they overcharge for their products.

The location is great and I love how large the store is. My one reason for docking a star is because the products are laid out all over the store (such as not all mugs being together, seasonal decor placed throughout the store, candles and wax melts are in different areas, etc). I think they could definitely lay the store out a little differently, but otherwise it is a minor issue. I highly recommend...
