Stellar place to get professional service and exquisite jewelry. Their buyers here really have an eye for style. They had all the newest jewelry styles I see on TV, within their store. They also had all the classic pieces too which was a nice balance in selection.

I went looking for an exact custom piece that no store or online store had. Lorraine took me in as if I was her family, and proposed a solution for a custom piece. She spent dang near an hour and a half looking through books with me to find exactly what I wanted. I didn’t like a ridge on one of the choices, and she went online to find a different one without the ridge, right on the spot. I don’t know where to begin. I brought in an old broken Dior bracelet and had all of the charms switched to a heavier gauge silver bracelet. They did exactly what I asked and had it completed in the time frame they gave me. All employees who I dealt with (including the owner) were very helpful and friendly, as well as very professional.
