What a productive and FUN experience my teen daughter & I had at this location! We went to 5-6 other places looking for frames and Warby Parker had by far the coolest selection of frames and great pricing! The first time we stopped in Austen was pro-active and took daughter's PD measurement in case she was not able to return in person -- brilliant idea! Alexus has the best energy and she knows her stuff!! She was super-helpful with frame suggestions, placing our order and expediting the order! Did not plan on adding sunglasses but we did! Went to in-network optometrist for exam and then stopped back here to order the frames she loved, then filled out quick & easy out-of-network insurance claim for frames. Both Austen & Alexus were the perfect blend of (1) professionally-informed so I felt very confident about making this first purchase at Warby and (2) individually-attentive to my daughter's needs/likes/concerns to ensure she made the right purchase! While I was visiting my Aunt and Uncle this week I managed to misplace my glasses amongst my suitcase. They were bent all out of shape and I was worried I had totally ruined them, so I popped into your store to see if they were salvageable.
