This is, by far, my favorite store (Rochester Hills, MI in the Villages) to shop! The sales associates are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. They provide honest support and are NOT pushy or fighting for your sale. I love the merchandise and J.Jill carries "tall" sizes which I need on occasion. Bought their socks a month ago and two pair of their bamboo socks got holes in the toes. Lost the receipt after a month and didn’t want to bring in socks with holes back due to COVID . I buy from J Jill all the time, especially online. But, I did go to the Rochester Michigan store a couple days ago to return two pairs of shorts that were too big on me.
